What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email address, delivery and collection addresses, access notes and the details of your booking. If you pay online, our payment provider handles your card details; we never see or store the card number.

Why we collect it

To deliver and collect your crates, confirm your window, contact you about the booking and keep records for tax and warranty purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the drivers running your delivery and the service providers we use for payment, email and scheduling. We do not sell your details or send marketing you did not ask for.

Analytics and session recording

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymous replays of site visits and builds heatmaps of where people click and scroll. We use these to find the parts of the site that confuse people and fix them.

Recordings are masked: the booking form is excluded entirely, so your name, address, mobile, email and booking details are never captured. We never see your card number, which goes straight to our payment provider. We do not use either tool to identify you personally or to build advertising profiles about you.

Both set cookies in your browser. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on stops Analytics on every site you visit. The booking form works normally either way.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax requirements. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
