What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email address, delivery and collection addresses, access notes and the details of your booking. If you pay online, our payment provider handles your card details; we never see or store the card number.

Why we collect it

To deliver and collect your crates, confirm your window, contact you about the booking and keep records for tax and warranty purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the drivers running your delivery and the service providers we use for payment, email and scheduling. We do not sell your details or send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax requirements. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
