Hire terms

Hire period

Every pack includes two weeks of hire from the delivery date. Extra weeks are $20 per 25 crates. Tell us before your collection date and we will move it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, delivery and collection within 35 km of Sydney CBD. Postcodes outside that zone are $25 each way, quoted before you pay. There is no bond or deposit.

Cancellations and changes

Cancel free up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Date changes are free any time before the driver is dispatched. Cancellations inside 48 hours are refunded less a $25 dispatch fee.

Loss and damage

Normal wear is expected and free. A lost crate, or one damaged beyond use, is $25. A lost dolly is $50. There is no cleaning fee unless a crate returns with paint, oil or adhesive on it.

Use

Crates are safe to 20 kg each and can be stacked five high on a dolly. Do not use them for hazardous goods, liquids in bulk or anything that leaks. If a crate arrives cracked we swap it at no charge.

Access

You are responsible for legal parking access and any lift or dock booking at your building. Where we cannot access the address inside the booked window, we will reschedule and may charge a second delivery fee.
